Amendment to the Communicable Diseases Act, 2020
The Communicable Diseases Act, 2020,–
(1) In sub-section (1) of section 2, instead of the word "across the jurisdiction", the word "across Nepal" has been substituted.
(2) The word "Adhirajya" in "Thau" has been deleted.
